I-485 Part 2

Hello! If we are submitting the I-485 green card application for my spouse who entered on a K1 visa, how do we answer Part 2 question 2? We are submitting post marriage
 

Option a) Immediate relative spouse of a US Citizen, Form I-130

 

or

 

Option c) individual admitted to the United States as a fiancée, form I-129F
 

technically he would be both - he is now a spouse but previously admitted as a K1 visa holder. Our gut says option a, but we did not complete a Form 130, we completed the 129F. 
 

seems to be a simple question... and we may be overthinking it, but are hesitant to go with our gut given the current immigration policy

Its Option C because you were admitted to the US as a fiance of a US citizen, Form I-129F (K1)
