Hello Guys, can someone help me out? I cannot login to CEAC since April 9, 2020. Now April 25 and I always get the error "Application Error". I tried explorer, safari, mozilla, chrome but they same. I am frustrated because it is more than 2 weeks now having this and I cannot proceed to fill up the ds-260. NVC send my case to a supervisor and it takes 6weeks for them to respond.

Is there any IT department that we can contact? I am really stressed and CEAC is fully functional now. Please help guys..

The last time I was able to login was April 8 because I was paying the fees. After that- I cannot access anymore. I already did it accessing in different devices but no luck. also that time there was ceac advisory that they are having some difficulties for other  users. Then 2days back, the advisory was gone i thought I can login but to my surprise still the same error.

I would then contact them and report the issue

yes.. i have tried all options but still got the same. I am really paranoid of what is happening since ceac is functional. why only some users are having some issues accessing it. nearly 3 weeks am facing this issue. when i follow up with nvc, they just told me to wait for a feedback from a supervisor which could take upto 6weeks. it really sucks

I am facing the same. Under my financial documents it says incomplete and when I click on it it tells me application error. How did you fix it?

Take a screenshot that error and report to nvc tru public Inquiry form. Their IT will check it.

They will send it to supervisor and they will tell u to wait until 6weeks. But keep on checking ur account. Sometimes it's a glitch in system. Have u tried other browsers

I did, I tried firefox, IE, and chrome. Nothing works. To make it worst I called NVC and they tell me that the financial evidence for me and the sponsor all show complete but when they click on their side it gives them an application error as well.
