I apologize if this isn't the correct location for this, maybe it should be in the country specific thread but with it being a global pandemic perhaps everyone is feeling the same issue. 

 

My fianceè is from the Philippines and she had her K-1 interview just before this all got very serious outside of China. Our CEAC status was set to refused on March 16 and I think that was just a mass pausing of activity by the embassy. Has anyone else had thinvs continue to move forward during these difficult times?

You should be in the Philippine sub-forum for this question. That is where the "boots" are on the ground are to answer your question, which is specific to USEM.

 

We are seeing some movement out of some embassies but that mostly is cleanup work done on cases that had been interview prior to the shutdown. Just yesterday someone received their visa from Singapore.
