Please read the posts properly. You don’t need a lawyer because of the denial. We simply advised you that you might wanna think about getting someone to help you file in the first place which is either a lawyer or a friend or whoever can help you assembling a complete application. Of course you can do it yourself too, a lot of us are. I posted a guide for you to read through  Click on it and make an informed decision. No shame in getting help from a lawyer if the process seems too overwhelming! Hope this helps!

Don't forget your medical (I-693) and did you include your I-94. Like others have said there is a boat load of paperwork for an adjustment of status.  It's all in the guides.

I-94 was sent.

But medical was not sent.

We were thinking to send that later if need or during interview.

That's fine for a K1 if the medical was done not longer than a year before filing the AOS.

I-693 not needed if new AOS packet is filed before the K-1 medical is 1 year old: https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-8-part-b-chapter-3

"K and V nonimmigrants applying for adjustment of status are not required to repeat the medical examination if the application was filed within one year of the date of the original medical examination..."

I already called few people  .they go thru this process successfully. They are willing to give me some advices.

 

Also if u could help me with some advices too, will be great.

Im willing to pay later. Now i am very very short with money. Can't work. Have no work permit. 

Any help is welcome.

This community is full of helpful people that can point you in the right direction  No one on here can do the work for you though, so just head over to the April 2020 AOS thread, check out the AOS guide on VJ that I posted for you earlier and go to the USCIS page to get the latest forms and instructions. You'll be fine. All the best

I found this guide really helpful when we filled out the i-485 it goes through each question.

Of course there are other forms to fill, so make sure you get them all. Maybe start with the i-485 as itll get you used to how to fill out the forms with the guide.

I failed to provide form i- 864 with supporting financial documents.

 

I can file form i-290b , notice of Appeal or motion within 30 days.

 

What to do ?

Waiting for denial letter to see reasons .

I realy don't know what was wrong ?!
