Hi there. I am new here on forum.

I was just searching on this forum what could be  reason to be denied so easy. Withouth RFE.

 

Btw wanna share my timeline : 

 

12/27/ 2019-  i485, i765 recived

End of january - Fingerprints

4/23/2020 - i485, i765 deined

 

No RFE. 

 

Waiting for denial letter to see reasons .

I realy don't know what was wrong ?! 

 

I am realy feeling so bad right now that i have to share this with you . 😢

 

Will update this post when get denial letter. Maybe will help  someone.

I'm sorry that this happened to you. Do you have a copy of the packet you sent? Maybe something crucial was missing? It is like that quite a while now. They are free to decide if they want to issue a RFIE or deny an application when something is missing.

I was just checking all my papiers. I have copy of i485 and i765.

And that is it.

I am not sure that we sent affidavit of support. Maybe yes, maybe no.

 

I don't know.

Everything was ok until now.

We do everything right in time. 

I got my SSN. I got drivers licence.

But this denial was cold shower for me.

I765 is also denied.

I was on K1 visa.

Married in 90 days.

Applied in 90 days.

And denied 2 days ago.

 

Don't know what to do.

Wait for the denial letter. That will provide the reason. Everything else is speculation.

When you get the letter, please post it (masking any personal information) if you need assistance.

If you didn't send the I-864, that's the reason why it was denied.

Sounds like an incomplete application.  What evidence did you include of an ongoing marital relationship?  Co-mingling of finances?  You sent in nothing else except the forms?

I realy can't say right now. Beacuse i forgot what we sent.

But what i remember we did not sent a lot of papiers.

We were thinking that i485 will be easily approved after getting k1 and coming to USA which is hard part. 

 

I am pretty sure that we did not sent a lot of evidences.

Yes, you're gonna have to send all the new forms, including the new I-944.

That kind of stuff is not required for AOS Application. Only the marriage certificate is required.

It seems like you underestimated the AOS process. And right now, to reapply you're gonna have to pay even more attention. The new form I-944 is required, and a lot of evidence must be sent with it.

When to reapply ? 

Just after i get my denial letter ? In which period ?

Can i be deported beacuse my K1 is expired during this period of waiting for i485 to be approwed ?

Yeah. My wife was thinking this is going to be easy. We are married. Living twogether. Are marriage is not fake etc.
