C09, I'm pretty sure that's the right one?

The old forms hadn’t expired either but they came out with a new form and the expiration date was 10/31/2020 I think. I would check because I had preprinted my forms but I had to throw them out for the newest version even though the date was still good.

I still suggest calling USCIS.  I get that the lockbox rejected it but they can look up your case using the number on the rejection letter and can at least give you information about the priority date thing.  No, they won't be able to tell you specific to your file but they might provide clarity about what the letter is telling you.  They were as helpful as possible with me the times I called after being rejected and truly seemed to want to help me get it right.
