Hello, guys! We sent recently our I-751 case. Did anyone experienced I-797 NOA delay or didn’t receive it at all? I got text message notification at April 20 with a receipt # and  statement that “Official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) to follow in mail.”

Today is April 25 and we still didn’t receive anything.

From my understanding mostly people receive their NOA in 2-3 days after text message. So I am quite worry cause my GC will expire soon (that means my DL and state ID will expire too).

I am not sure what to do because there is no option for infopass is available now.

P.S. I did call in UCSIS and lady there couldn’t really advice anything but to send email on that email address Lockboxsupport@uscis.dhs.gov. I am not really sure if it will make any difference... as far as I know they are usually not too responsive on emails..

Do you have any advice? Thanks in advance!

Did you ever receive anything? I filed April 17th. I did exactly what you did plus put an inquiry in for non delivery of NOA. Still nothing. I have to wait another 30 days before I can send another inquiry. :(
