Help this situation ... I met my fiancé on the Internet, corresponded, he came for the first time in my country and we met, went to travel to another country ... after he left. and I decided to apply for a tourist visa. they refused me ... but the consul spoke my language so poorly that I constantly asked again and only guessed what he was asking ... and I was so confused and distracted because of that, the last question: Are there any acquaintances and friends in USA? I answered "NO". But initially I wanted to answer yes ...... in a couple of weeks I went once again applied for a tourist visa because I didn’t understand the first consul, and decided to try a second time, I came across a very good consul, she spoke my language well, but did not ask about acquaintances and friends in the USA. But again I received a refusal, the reason for the refusal is not sufficient communication with the homeland. Now we went to K1 and our first meeting was before applying for a tourist visa .... I am now very worried if I will be denied a K1 visa ???.. Because of this??? please write who faced this situation? ??? And wife visa help??

K1 is a completely different visa.  Requirements for strong ties to homeland are not required

YMMV

The problem is that I told the consul for the first time that I have no acquaintances and friends in the USA ... But I already knew my future groom ... And when I come to the K1 interview, the consul will ask me ... why did you say that you have no acquaintances and friends in the USA ... ??? .... but I already knew the my future groom and he already came to me (this was our first meeting.)

And what was your answer when the consular asked?

Based on the first post it seems he may have lied and said "No"...

We applied for a tourist visa twice and got rejected both times before we filed for the K-1. My fiancé was open about our relationship in the application and I wrote an invitation letter for her to have at the interview. They asked about our relationship and she was honest, but they still rejected.

Nerves and language barriers can lead to confusion and wrong answers sometimes, so I wouldn't stress about that interview too much. As long as your relationship is real and you can prove it without a doubt, I think you will be ok considering you'll have plenty of time between now and your K-1 application/interview.

Our K-1 is approved now and at NVC waiting for the next step. Don't be discouraged about the rejection.

If you have a real relationship, the K-1 shouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately, applying for a B-1 from Ukraine is almost a waste of time.

Yes.. Thank you for your words😊....I hope....Our attorney told...that this is not big problem...But I still very nervous

No problem, I wish you the best. We did it without an attorney for what it's worth. As much as I read this site and researched on my own, I seemed to know as much if not more than the attorney's that I talked to. This site is invaluable.

Most unlikely it will be an issue.

Nita was rejected twice before she got her visa and it never affected us

She didn’t answer no when asked about our relationship though.  Without knowing exactly what the CO asked and what the answer was I know that a rejection is not an issue but deception or omission of material information in an interview can make you inadmissible.
