Hi guys,

I have some questions about my credit score. I have a credit card since November 2019 and I have been paying my debts since then. I got today a credit report and credit score through TransUnion. Two things:

1) I could just print the credit report from the website to a PDF showing that I have no debts and my credit score. Is this enough to attach it in the AoS package or I need any type of official copy from them? I did not see the option apart from downloading the PDF.

2) I got a credit score of 706, grade C. I know it is not so high but do you think it's enough for this form I-944?

Thank you again for your valuable help,

The copy will be no issue. They even said in the instructions that the free credit scores you get thru some banks and credit cards will be fine. So, on question 1, you should have no issues with the PDF copy directly from the credit reporting agency.

How they weigh your credit score in their decision is anybody's guess. I'm not sure or have I seen any guidelines for what is good or bad, or how it even effects anything. Maybe someone else has found more information on this aspect of the form, but it is a fairly new requirement for AOS, so until we get some feedback from people who get the AOS interview complete and gets some feedback on how the IO looks at it, it will be years before we see how it's applied I think.

Here on a K1? Need married and a Certificate in hand within a few hours? I'm here to help. Come to Vegas and I'll marry you Vegas style!!   Visa Journey members are always FREE for my services. Thank you Loren. So attaching omly these reports should be fine right? Or do I need to attach bank statements as well? In the instructions seem like the credit report is enough

Sure. I am a graduate student with a Teaching Assist. I work as a teacher and they pay me a stipend every month, hence I had to get a SSN the first week I arrived :) Also, because of that income the bank approved a credit card very easily.
