Hi,

I sent my documents for OPT application to the Dallas Lock box USCIS, P.O. Box 660867, Dallas, TX 75266.

I requested a proof of delivery and it seems it has been signed by a J Gertrudis from an address different from that of the intended recipient. The address of the person signing is given as 404 Tom Landry HWY, Dallas, TX which seems like a USPS post office. I am not sure what this means.

"The USPS website lists this as Delivered, DALLAS, TX 75266 .Your item was delivered at 5:36 am on April 23, 2020 in DALLAS, TX 75266 to USCIS660867. The item was signed for by J GERTRUDIS."

I used Priority Mail Express-1 day.

Has anyone had a similar experience? Should I be worried?

Looks like USCIS received it.  No need to worry.
