👍 technically the EO says it shouldn't be renewed after 50 days from the proclamation,

No. The EO says, "Whenever appropriate, but no later than 50 days from the effective date of this proclamation, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Secretary of Labor, recommend whether I should continue or modify this proclamation." Those executive branch Secretaries submitted their recommendations to POTUS a few weeks ago: "DHS, which is advocating for the changes, and the Labor Department sent their recommendations to the White House Friday." https://www.politico.com/news/2020/05/25/trump-broaden-foreign-worker-bans-276510

Anyone seen this yet? It worries me. I have an approved K-1 but can't fly until next month due to my K2.
I know it isn't listed but it makes me worry that we will be next.

This would have to be stupidly broad to affect K1s (with the understanding that "stupid" doesn't necessarily disqualify any possibility here). If the goal is to minimize the amount of foreign workers coming into the country, then the K1 would be pretty low on your radar.

I guess I am more worried about a total ban that includes K1 not that K1 will be included in this.

Hi, I'm Green Card holder and my wife have got Green Card visa (FX1 category) in March, which expires in August,

Is such visa means residency status? ("Upon endorsement, serves as temporary I-551 evidencing permanent residence for 1 year")

Can she travel to US with me? Planning to flight from Georgia through Amsterdam

Thank you

Yes, because her visa was issued before April 23: https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2020/04/27/2020-09068/suspension-of-entry-of-immigrants-who-present-a-risk-to-the-united-states-labor-market-during-the

Reminder that you'll have to enter the US in one of the following 15 airports because you'll transit through Amsterdam: https://www.dhs.gov/coronavirus/protecting-air-travelers-and-american-public

No. What that means is that upon CBP endorsement, the endorsed IV is a temporary I-551 document: https://www.uscis.gov/i-9-central/temporary-i-551-stamps-and-mrivs

In this proclamation section 2  all 3 listed conditions work cumulatively and not separately? I mean because this section is true "(i) are outside the United States on the effective date of this proclamation;"  and this section is false "ii) do not have an immigrant visa that is valid on the effective date of this proclamation;  " this restriction does not apply to her?

Thank you for explanation

Right before that it says, "section 1 of this proclamation shall apply only to aliens who:"

It's cumulative. Notice subsection (ii) says "and"
