Hello! Hope for you help!

I'm apply for re-entry permit and in form I-131 I asked USCIS to delivered my documents to US Embassy in Moscow(Russia). Today I called to USCIS and they get me a tracking number which shown that documents was delivered to WASHINGTON, DC 20521, Delivered -> Your item was delivered at 6:00 am on April 20, 2020 in WASHINGTON, DC 20521. But I don't have anything common with D.C. My home address in California and I have never lived in DC. Can this be some kind of office that will then forward the documents to the Embassy in Moscow?

Thanks in advance!

Why did you apply for a I-327 (re-entry permit)? How long are you going to be outside the US?

Yes

Because I enter to Russian University before getting green-card and I need to finish it for continue education in the USA.

You mean they can forward to embassy from this office?

Maybe you know how they will be inform me about when it come to Moscow?

Very limited mail (if any) is coming to US embassies these days so don’t expect to get the re-entry permit any time soon.

And look like your permit was sent to the pouch to be sent to embassy. It will be a while.
