Application Error in CEAC

Hello guys, since April 9, 2020 I cannot login to ceac. I have tried to clear the browsers and trying different browsers but yet I am still getting the error message " Application Error". Some users are facing issue with uploading the documents but for me I cannot even login. I called NVC and the agent says she got the same error when she login my account. So she send the same to supervisor for review. I feel sad about it because supervisor review will take upto six weeks.

I am really disappointed. IF ceac is down, why only some users are having issues. The rest can access. Anybody here who cannot access with CEAC too? or maybe only me?

Use internet explorer, I had the same problem with Safari, Firefox and Chrome but all failed to upload the documents to CEAC website

Hi, my issue not for uploading documents. I cannot even login to ceac. I have already tried all browsers and clear the history but still showing "application error" From April 9 til now May 1 still unable to login. I am getting insane and cannot figure out why.. Supervisor review takes upto 6 weeks.
