If you have a problem and think something is unconstitutional, challenge it in court. So long as there has been no such ruling, you can't make up your own rules and expect there to be no consequences

"But what if what the state orders them to do DOESN'T risk others' lives?" is a very simple question.  My going to the beach doesn't endanger anyone.  Me going between two homes doesn't endanger anyone.

As to the bold part, that has got to be one of the silliest things I've seen you post on here.  Suggesting I go to court because I lost my freedom to stand on a beach and enjoy nature???

No, what's utterly silly and nuts is to point at the constitution but not be willing to back it up in court. So, if it's not ruled unconstitutional, either follow it, or deal with the consequences.

Needs to be peer reviewed by scientists to see if burqas/hijabs actually helps stop the spread first!

It's an elaborative agreement in a time where I think some have rather lost their heads about this. If someone feels they have lost rights, then perhaps they should challenge it in court, and see how disappointed they will be.

   You do recall both a national emergency and state emergencies have been declared?  It's probably worth familiarizing yourself with the history of the use of those executive actions and what it means.

Then I will go back to my previous question, why is the media considered essential?  If a national/state emergency gives government the power to use the constitution as toilet paper, then it would be ok to censor the media?

  They certainly have the power to do that. We have seen (historically) that emergency power has been used to declare martial law, lock up citizens, and seize property. I think we have already discussed how media censorship during the 1918 flu pandemic is what led to it being widely known as the "Spanish Flu". 

 

  That is different than asking if it is OK to do that. I'm not suggesting they should use any of those emergency powers, but we should be aware that they can. I know what my constitutional rights are, but I don't necessarily think this is the best time to be finding out how far that goes.
