Hi!  I just checked my status and saw the my case was approved yesterday and to look for receipt in the mail next month.  It also says a request for additional evidence was cancelled.  I'm trying to understand what this means for us exactly.  Is it just a waiting game now? Does the 8.5-10 month waiting time start now?  Just trying to prepare myself what what happens next.  TIA!

your case was approved and will be forward to the National Visa center for processing, you will have to wait on the NVC to send you a welcome letter by mail or e-mail to continue with the process and that can take about a month. Letter will include case and invoice# so you can log in into their system.  You will then pay some fees and they will request financial evidence and civil documents.
