I filled I130 for my kids foreign born I am a permanent resident. Receipt date and the priority date both same in receipt notices. What that means

Compare Priority Date to Visa Bulletin: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin.html

F2A are children that are unmarried and under 21 years of age. F2B are unmarried sons and daughters, 21 years of age and older. Married children of LPR don't qualify.
