I know I know too many threads. :P

Hubby said that when he went to get his police report about a month ago they asked him what the purpose was. He stated it was for his military papers. Does he have to go again and get a whole new report indicating that it is for the embassy this time or can he use the one he has? :unsure:

12/28/06 - got married :)

02/05/07 - I-130 NOA1

02/21/07 - I-129 NOA1

04/09/07 - I-130 and I-129F approval email sent!!!!

04/26/07 - Packet 3 received

06/16/07 - Medical Examination

06/26/07 - Packet 3 SUBMITTED FINALLY!!!!

07/07/07 - Received pkt 4

07/22/07 - interview consular never bothered to show up for work.

07/29/07 - interview.

Yes but it's the form of the report I'm worried about. Just curious if they make it differently depending on the audience.

07.13.2007 - Husband arrives in the US!!! alhamdulillah ..yup.. thats right Friday the 13th!!

07.24.2007 - Mailed in AOS & EAD together to Chicago

Hi Jackie,

I am from the Philippines,and applying for the(Fiance Visa) K1 visa,i have read on the USCIS website that if you have worked or lived abroad for over 6 months,you have to get a Police Clrearance from that country.And since i have worked in Jordan for 9 months,i shud get one also.but i dont know how to apply for it,there is no Jordanian Embassy in the Philippines :crying::crying: .Any help :help::help: will be highly appreciated.

Sent I-751 application yesterday 14Jan2010.

USCIS CSC recieved our I-751 application 16Jan2010

recieved I-751 receipt notice 25Jan2010, from USCIS CSC.

Condional resident status is extended for a period of one year.

Recieved my Biometrics appt. today..06feb09

had my biometrics taken for I751 yesterday 24Feb2010
