There is no ban on British citizens or residents. There is a ban on anybody who has been in certain countries within the past 14 days.

The wording of the PP does not explicitly mention fiance or fiancee. A strict reading of it would indicate they are not exempt from the 14 day requirement. That said, I cannot say definitively that they have not allowed it either.

Another option is to fly to a country not in the banned regions, stay there 14+ days, then come to the US.

Travel from the UK is banned for K1 holders currently (regardless of citizeship/passport held) - the traveller cant have been in the UK for at least 14 days.

Awful news, however I unfortunately know first hand as I am a K1 visa holder who was supposed to leave London on the 8th April. I also have dual UK and Australian passports and it doesnt matter as travel is from the UK 😔
