My I-130 form just got approved and my husband has picked it the Ds-260 form and we are trying to fill it on our own and our documents aren't complete yet..Can we fill the form and submit without the documents? Nigeria

Yes, you can but NVC will not review on Ds-260 until you submit all documents..! Thanks..! If you like to do First  Ds-260 you can ..!🤗Thanks

I am in Nigeria and my Husband is filling the DS-260 form for me online or we are doing it together..first i want to know how to submit the documents after filling the form,where and how..

Secondly must i do the medicals in Nigeria and submit before my Ds-260 form is reviewed? How do i go about the medicals i need help..

Lastly while filling the form,a question was asked if i was bringing my spouse over and its a yes or no question..but my husband is the one bringing me over not me bringing him and this form is for me...so do i say yes or No

You just need to scan every each document..! Make a PDF file ..! They will receive only PDF or JPG..!

They will direct you to https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx

There you will do DS 260 and pay fees

have signed, but how is it possible that it constantly shows that only one person has signed? Or am I the only one seeing this 

I have also signed it and I see the 1 person only as well. Might just take a while to update? Not sure.
