My wife and I are not signing this as we haven't actually seen the eo. There is a real chance the petition is already the exception. We will see tonight or tomorrow what the actual order is.

Same. I cannot in good conscious put my name on something without having the details.

If it becomes necessary, I will do so as I support the limited exceptions (with precautions to avoid spread of the virus).

Hi, I am here to participate in this petition.

As a now wife of an American Citizen who came to US by using Fiancee Visa. I feel that this decision is not fair, not just for me but also for my husband. My husband is not from a strong financial standing background and I was hoping that after i am able to obtain my green card, i would be able to start helping our family and start building a better future for us both at least; but with the new regulation plus this pandemic that also gives impact to my husband's workplace. I don't know what to say but hoping for an understanding and wisdom from the government.

What about parents of US citizens? Are they mentioned in the petition as well or is it about spousal petitions only?

Parents of USC are considered immediate relatives for immigration purposes

It is extremely unfair to not include LPRs. Will NOT sign this petition that is only going to exacerbate inequalities.

There is no doubt that there are rights that belong to USCs and not to LPRs. LPRs are not second class citizens. They aren’t citizens. No inequalities here .
