I am not a Permanent Resident, my AOS is still pending. I filed in December 2018 and still haven't had my interview.

No, once a PR, always a PR, unless you do something incredibly illegal that could threaten your eligibility.

Someone who is pending Adjustment of Status is not yet a PR.......but you are correct...😁

So basically you think we won't get affected?! Also, I filed today for my EAD renewal. Could that be affected too by the EO?

If you have a pending AOS case, you'll be fine.  There have been no reports of language invalidating pending cases in the EO drafts.

Curious how you came to this conclusion? I hope you’re right, but I cannot find any language anywhere that supports this.

will she get affected by this new covid-19 suspension ?

she is in the US.

This is currently unknown at this time.  Let's hope by the afternoon Covid briefing that some details are provided of this EO, which has not been signed or publicly shown yet.

The Wall Street Journal just updated their Article. Now it says that some of USC family members will be affected, but most employment based green cards are exempt. This doesn't even make sense. If the purpose of the order to boost jobs for Americans, why would they exempt employment based green cards?https://www.wsj.com/articles/trump-order-would-temporarily-bar-family-members-of-u-s-citizens-foreign-workers-from-immigrating-11587504410

Don’t pay attention to what they say, pay attention to what they do.

I wouldn't read much into it. There have been many contradictory updates in the last hours.
