It is pointless to ask questions until the executive order is out. Sorry for being so harsh. :(

Stop reading clickbait..... Wait for the actual EO to come out and go from there.

No they don’t. Or else I would be able to travel with my K-1 right now. I would be exempt from the European travel ban, but I’m not. Spouses in the other hand, are exempt from the ban.

I thought the european travel ban had it's 30 days, did it get extended?

Where do you see that? I am not seeing that anywhere

Trump said it himself when he got asked by a reporter last week. I may be wrong but I’m pretty sure someone else could back me up on this. Maybe with this new EO the specific European (and other) bans will be lifted since this is like a general worldwide ban on tourism and immigration but I really have no idea. Mere speculation.

edit: It still says so on the CDC website as well: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/from-other-countries.html

VJ Moderation

I'm confused...the topic of this thread is the executive order suspending immigration.  Are we not allowed to share opinions about the executive order?  Can you point me to the forum rules that define "derailing" or "off topic" posts?
