K1. She is in Thailand right now, K1 visa expires in mid June. We were waiting for things to get better and felt like it was until this...

Immediate relatives is not considered immediate family. Immediate relatives such as parents and siblings mean extended and not immediate family. (Parents for those over 21)

This is where my thoughts are as well. K1 visa my case is in transit to Montreal as we speak. 
guess we will find out tomorrow, nothing we can do but wait and just cross our fingers this EO doesn’t get renewed.
