With Consulates closed, I wonder how mcuh difference this actually makes, the bigger issue seems how much longer the lockdown can carry on, in the US each State seems to be responding differently and then add on the International dimension, Airlines for example need an open network to operate, no good being able to take off from one Airport of you can not land at another and if your diversion Airports are closed.

I think the signature count takes time to update.  Not sure how often it refreshes.
