My PD's are July 22, 2019  the NOA1 came from Nebraska the PD or Received date was the same on all three.  According to multiple online chats, two are in Texas.  also on the USCIS site case processing times for I-130's in Texas are 7.5 to 9.5 Months with, as of today the date of July 18th 2019.

."If your receipt date is before the “Receipt date for a case inquiry", you can submit an “outside normal processing time” service request online."

is there anyone out there approaching  or past this Date for a case Inquiry?

also what can a Lawyer do if it reaches that date and nothing is done?

Once it passes that inquiry date, you can submit a case status inquiry. It typically does not result in any useful information...just that your case is pending adjudication, or that it's in background checks or similar.

You can also do an inquiry via a state congressperson by reaching out to them. The result is basically the same, but it doesn't hurt either.

A lawyer can do the same thing you can. They cannot force USCIS to take an action.*

*Technically a WOM can be obtained to force a decision with a court order, but that's not for something that is weeks or a couple months beyond the norm. It's usually for cases several months to years beyond the norm, and even then if it's stuck in background checks, it won't do anything.

A lawyer can't do anything. Those passed processing times would just submit a request for you you are a Nebraska and they are still in November 2018 processing you have a ways to go to wait.

in my opinion USCIS doesn't know what is going on in there own organization.  I received the NOA1 from Nebraska yes. However my forms were never transferred, except  the K-3,  the agent I was chatting with stated there was not any transfers.  Just that the cases were in Texas and Potomac.  The K3 transfer was from LIN to Texas, on March 9th and they still haven't sent to notice to me.

If your NOA1 came from Nebraska Service Center you will wait minimum of 12 months before they approve it. Good luck with that.
