Fiance with K-1 Visa stuck in Austria

Hello all, new to the site and looking for some help. Long story short, my fiance was in Austria doing her medical exam and interview for her K-1, and the day of her interview (March 13) the consulate closed due to the COVID travel ban in the US. According to the Vienna Consulate, they will be reopening on May 4. She completed her interview and medical exam, so once they reopen they should be mailing her her visa to her parent's house. Is there any news or update about when the US will allow visa holders into the country, specifically K-1 visa holders? I assume I have no options to get her home any sooner?

Thanks!

What is the current CEAC status?

It says "Ready" for her interview, but she already did it the day they closed right before they did. They have her passport. So, once they open she should receive her Visa.

Well, there is no "when" at the moment. Just want to try and get her home as soon as possible once the consulate reopens.

Totally understandable. But there are still multiple variables you may face. For example, there may be a big backlog that needs to be taken care of before your fiance's case. Also, when they open, you may still have travel restriction from either the US or Austria or both. Not only that, the airlines may be bombarded with people trying to travel so getting tickets rather quickly may be another challenge.

Well, she was the very last interview the consulate did the day they closed down (March 13). They took her passport and told her that she was practically first on the list to get her visa mailed to her once they reopen. So, I'm not very concerned with her getting her visa quickly once they reopen, I am more concerned with the US having restrictions on immigration and visa holder travel for many more months.

Well, I also supposed to have my Visa interview on 20th March but they closed on 16th march. I didn't even get through with the interview. There is nothing can be done at this point rather then wait for the things get normal. First priority is to be safe wherever you are.
