Hi guys!! I'm in the mid of filling the DS 260 form, there's a question asking " Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccination in accordance with U.S. law"  the problem I'm now having is that I have lost all of my vaccination records and what should I write on the explain box after ticking "No" ?

You can check NO and write a comment that necessary vaccines will be determined by embasy-indicated physician

Oh thank you guys!! I thought I needed to get them done prior to the medical exam and have a documentation ready.

No, a number of vaccinations on the list are not required for everyone anyway, the doctor will determine which ones you actually need and administer them. Having your old documentation from when you were a kid is helpful but not necessary.

What should you do if you don’t remember one/some of your social media usernames/emails when filling the DS 260. Because they were created when you didn’t have any knowledge on internet and social media? You see back in the day you keep recreating different different accs when you forget the password..Please help?

Not sure if I understand your question correctly. It appears as you had multiple accounts and you have forgotten older ones. I would put the current ones and the ones that you remember

Hello Onek, what I mean above is that I've had multiple social media accounts and emails to the point that I don't even remember the IDs of them now. What should you do if you don't remember the IDs and pws?

I would provide the information for the ones I know the information for and be prepared to provide explanation if needed

I'm afraid there is nothing much you can do as the Police Report is part of the mandatory documents to present for review.

 

It's quite unfortunate what the world is going through and how we all have to wait until it's over.

Hi!! I am having a huge issue right now. What should you do if your name is too long to fit in the name box on DS 260? I have 4 given names and 1 surname. the last 3 letters of my given name won't type on the box. Does anybody know what to do?

How did you list it on I-130?
