Ideally, PC is obtained after you have left the country in question. So make arrangements, and I advise you to you make out a power of attorney to anybody that will be willing to help you when you have left the country or contact a lawyer. This will enable him or her obtained the said documents in your absence. If it's in the country you present in at the time of interview, then you PC should be obtained withing the year interview is to be conducted (~6 months)

Not an issue. Your Macau PC is still valid. From DOS: "Important: Police certificates expire after one year, unless the certificate was issued from your country of previous residence and you have not returned there since the police certificate was issued."

Unless you return to the country, you police clearance certificate is good indefinitely. Only if you return will you need another.
