So my brother will help sponsor my husband since I currently am not working.

In the ceac site, is he the joint sponsor or household member?

Also should I submit the AOS without submitting the civil documents requires from the applicant? Or should I submit everything together?

Thanks in advance

You’ll need to add him in ceac as another sponsor and upload his info AOS too.. if you don’t and submit AOS/DS260 they’ll RFE for joint sponsor, so do it all at once

So add him as a joint sponsor and not household member?

As far as I know there is no requirement, especially if he’s not listed as a dependent on your tax return, but I could be wrong.. you could alway list him as both, showing evidence of y’all relationship.
