Hi all,

I have 3 questions regarding the I-864 form, I would appreciate any help:

  1. Is it really necessary to submit Tax Returns for the last 3 years? I realise you only have to submit the most recent years tax return, just wondering what most people do? If submitting the last 3 years does really help our application then we will do that.
  2. My wife,  who is sponsoring me has an employment letter from her employers we used for the I-134 form. It's dated January 2020, can we still use the same letter for the I-864 form? We can't get a updated employment letter as her office is closed due to covid-19.
  3. As of now I don't have a mobile/cell phone number, if I don't have one when we send in our AOS package is it ok to put my Wife's number as mine?

Many Thanks.

1. Most recent year transcript is sufficient. 2 other years are optional. We only sent our recent tax transcript when we sponsored our aunt.

2 + 3. I don't see a problem.
