I'm here on a k1 visa, with my daughter(11 years old). My husband(us citizen) and I are planning on filing my AoS paperwork this week but are a little unsure about what the process is for my daughter, do we file an i-485 with mine for her as well, or is she somehow covered under mine? Or do we have to do mine and then hers later? The information I've seen has me a little confused.

Also I'm wondering if I could get some clarification on the fees for filing form I-765, I seem to recall reading there was no fee if it was filed the same time as the i-485, however I'm not seeing this now, I assume I need to pay the $410 filing fee?

File for the child at the same time as yours. Another I-485 but reduced fees when filing with you.

The answer is in both the I-485 and I-765 instructions.

1/2/18: EAD + AP approved (no website update), 1/5/18: EAD + AP mailed, 1/8/18: EAD + AP approval notice hardcopies received, 1/10/18: EAD + AP received

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

K-1:
