Submit with widow waiver. You can always send them the death certificate after. You will have a minimum 10-12 months wait, depending on where you are. Just submit widow waiver and turn in death ceritficate when you get it. 

 

Do not file joint because she passed away so they will wonder why you filed joint after the date she passed away, which will be on the death certificate.

certificate.ok thanks but i already submited the joint filing which she sign when she was in the hospital,now she pass away ,so i am trying to see if i should contact uscis or send them the widow waiver with the death certificate when i get it
