Hello everyone, I hope everyone is staying safe from this Covid pandemic.

So I have been trying to upload documents to the CEAC site and im having such a hard time.  I tried filling out the I-864 form on the computer, but some of the blanks it does not allow me to fill it in. Also, wouldn't I have to print to sign them and rescan the form? When I do, I can never get the right size to upload or it doesn't accept it. Is there an easier way to do all this? Sorry for such questions but at this point my frustration is getting the best of me..

Thanks in advanced

Greetings!

1. You may read, fill or answer, print, and sign the form or print it all then answer and sign in black ink.

2. Scan each one form and convert/ download it to a PDF file.

3. Merge all scanned documents pages into one PDF file form.

4. Compressed this PDF file as it is more than 2 MB.

5. Then you are ready to upload the compressed files.

Goodluck, Thank you.

Yes I have tried to fill it on the computer, but some blanks will not let me. And when I print the form to fill it out in black ink, I upload, and merge it all into 1 pdf file and compress it and yet it still doesn't work. I'll try again.. thank you so much

Greetings!

Do you mind telling us what it was written after you tried to upload the documents? As sometimes NVC System is down. I remembered when we upload the I-864 it failed. Then I tried to upload it in the morning using another browser, My computer is always Firefox but I switched that day with Microsoft Edge and wallah it was successful. I am not so sure if it was the timing or the browser. Good luck, NG

It says

Greetings!

While waiting for other members to reply, perhaps some was in the same position and may share their own experienced. Try writing to NVC, as it takes forever pr calling. Ty. NG.

Thank you,  I appreciate it.

Definitely not something you can fix. Please wait till CEAC contractor will fix the problem (usually happens within a workday)
