I-129F Questions

Hi all - thanks in advance for considering my questions! I am a US citizen and I am in the process of completing the I-129F to petition for my fiance who is in South America:

Part 2, Q11 (page 5): Mailing address for your beneficiary

- can I put my address in the USA?

Part 2, Q16-23 (page 5-6): Your beneficiary's employment

- my fiance lives in South America but his 2 employers to date have been USA-based and he has worked remotely for them from South America: is that a problem? (he has never been to the USA)

Part 2, Q38 (page 7): Info about your beneficiary

- my fiance has dual citizenship: his passport for his mother country (where he was born) is expired and his passport for his second country is active. Should he use the passport for his home country (expired) or the current passport for the second country (active)? For context, he does not currently reside in either of these countries!

Part 2, Q 49 (page 7): Address/name in native alphabet

- is this more for languages that use a different script (e.g. Mandarin, Japanese, Hindi?)

Part 3 & Part 4: are about me as the petitioner, correct?

Thanks!

Given I can't currently visit my fiance due to COVID19 flight/travel restrictions, does my fiance have to SEND/MAIL me a passport-style photo and his signed statement? Given where he is currently (LIMA), I don't think it will be even possible to get a passport photo at this time, let alone mail it...

My fiancé took his pictures locally at an automated machine. He took pictures of the pictures and emailed them to me. Had to do a bit of editing on the Walgreens photo center website but it came out pretty good. Printed it on photo paper (wallet size) and trimmed off the excess white border. Hoping they accept it. Afterwards he sent them in the mail just in case.

If online photo stores are working, you could do that to. A few have passport-style options, otherwise (and less expensively) you can create an image with multiple 2x2 sections in a larger picture (say, six on a 4x6) and just cut it.
