As long as you have a valid visa, the US doesn't care how you get to the border. No need to contact the consulate if you arrive before it expires.

At this time it is only USC and green card holders who can enter the US even if Morocco opens air space so watch the news about the ban for foreigners to be lifted/  check with the airlines before you buy the ticket ,  they will know for sure

You have a K1 Visa not a Greencard so you're not able to use one of these flights.

I don't know where you heard that from. but please don't give unverified information. anyone with a valid visa can enter US except the banned country i.e Europe, China, South Korea, UK, Iran, etc,

P.S as long as you can leave your home country then there's no issue if you're not from one of those in the list.

I don't know where you got the example list, but South Korea was never banned at entry of US to my knowledge.

  • Right sarah

    Entry of foreign nationals who were physically present within the following list of countries within 14 days preceding their entry or attempted entry into the United States is suspended, per Presidential Proclamations 9984, 9992, 9993, and the subsequent proclamation issued March 14, 2020:

    • The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, excluding overseas territories outside of Europe;

    • The Republic of Ireland;

    • The 26 countries that comprise the Schengen Area (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland)

    • The Islamic Republic of Iran;

There isn't a US ban on travelers from Morocco. OP shouldn't transit through UK, Ireland, Schengen Area, Iran, mainland China, or Brazil.

I got the list from the EO which was suppose to be for 60 days and K1 was not exempt like CR1 from the ban

the congress was to review this EO order on the 21st as it was only suppose to be for 60 days

but we have not heard about the review
