How long to submit AOS package after marriage?

Hi all, 

Can anyone confirm how long we have to submit the AOS package? Is it before the I-94 expires? Or 3 months from when we married?

It should be as soon as possible.   There is no specific deadline other than the sooner the better

you should do it before i-94 expires or you`ll be out of status. Your married date has nothing to do with it.

There is no absolute time limit. But, once your I-94 has expired (90 days after entry into the US), you are out of status, and you are technically subject to deportation.  Once you submit a proper I-485, you will be granted "authorized stay" in the US by the US Attorney General while the I-485 is pending.  There just are no benefits in waiting....in short, the best answer is ....as soon as possible after marriage....
