Hi everyone, I (the beneficiary)am filling out the I-130 form and was wondering if I got the alien registration number since I filed a K1 application with another person about 8 years ago before.  We suspended the application and broke up after I received the NOA1 and we didn't do anything afterwards.  I received a letter from the Hong Kong consulate asking if i have abandoned my marriage plan and will consider abandoned if not received from us within sixty days.  We didn't do anything about it then.

Now, I am filing for IR1 visa with my husband and preparing the I-130 form but not sure if I got this
alien registration number?  Also, since I didn't do anything about the abandoned K1 application will it affect my IR1 visa?  If yes, what should I do please?

Many thanks!

Look on you or NOA1. I believe K1's have the Alien number on that.

Thanks for your reply.
In that case, I don't have the NOA1 info anymore....
What should I do??  Thank you!

It won’t be a problem if you leave the previous A# blank .. you could use the additional comment page to simply state the situation.
