I have received the same and it  says "NVC cannot review your submitted documents until we have received all of the required documents DS-260, Civil Documents and Financial Documents. Once these documents have been submitted, we will review your case. Please follow your CEAC Home page and nvc.state.gov/ceac." but I have already submitted all requirements documents 4 months ago and can someone please tell me how can I solve this problem thank you

Did you check if the status is "submitted" for each individual required form?

 Yes I checked the status since 4 months is submitted and I can not edite or nothing and do you have any idea about it how to solve this problem thanks

No idea - I recommend you call NVC and ask what this is about. I heard the people on their hotline can be very helpful.

We are also getting the same issue that "NVC cannot review your submitted documents until we have received all of the required documents DS-260, Civil Documents and Financial Documents. Already submitted all requirements document including DS260 yesterday .Not sure what should i do to fix this issue?

I am completing the application for my son and got the exam same issue. Have you managed to solve this?

Yeah it had resolved after two weeks after getting the problem but I think I contacted to NVC as well and update them about this issue.
