1-130 for my son over 21 yrs old Got RFE

Hello Everyone,
     My question is about the RFE I received for my son petition when I submit my petition it was 2016 I include a copy of the Live birth of my son which I know already is was stated Late Registration and the make and issue with that because it was registered 7 yrs ago after he was born.The ask affidavit and some other stuff,like the also want me to sent a NSO copy of my son’s BC.
     Next problems I have is because I remarry again and by the time I submitted my son’s petition I’m using the present hubby family name which is different to the family name  of my son’s on his Bc records that I have submitted, I’m asking everyone who have a problems like my son to share what are the heaviest documents that I can support bcoz the only ask my part for the 2 name I used like my hubby present family name and the family under my son’s BC which different one.Any advice would be very appreciated as I’m totally stressed at the moment don’t even know what to do like more esp,we are lock down in Phils and it’s very hard to find a lawyer to do the notarized,I do hope someone can share there little time to help me with my problems ,thanks stay safe everyone God bless🙏🏼
