No unfortunately I didn't know any of that.  I bought my last car 17 years ago and have been driving it all these years.  So I ventured out by myself and had NO idea what I was doing.  I just knew I wanted a new red Honda Civic.  Once I got the car I had no idea how the insurance thing worked.  They took my information and verified I had coverage with Progressive.  Then he started the sales pitch for Infinity.  I hesitated but thought hey I could use an extra $80 a month.  Then I drove the car one week and crashed it - my fault - and I have been without my car ever since.  I felt like I was getting a new car today.

No I am not Hispanic.

Infinity is big in the Miami/ LA Hispanic community.

Actually I think GAP is OK if you need it. It's a little cheaper to buy elsewhere, but people tend to forget about it after they get home.

Agree but you can usually get replacement coverage thru your insurance company cheaper, as you said.

I had a customer that helped his daughter buy 4 diffrent Camry's in a span of about 1.5 years. She wrecked them all. Gap saved his butt and the general was the only company he could use.
