Timing for Notice of action

Hello, I' would like to ask if anyone knows about the timing they are taking to send us the NOA  by mail, I sent the AOS  in the beginning  of last month and they sent me a message saying they received my case March 27 and they mailed me the NOA ( Notice of action ) but  I still haven't got anything in my mail.

Is it normal to take that long to get it ? Thank you.

You said they mailed you the NOA (Notice of action) but you still haven't got anything in the mail?

What else are you expecting to come by mail if you already received the Noa1 in the mail?

No. They  sent me a message on my phone  saying they mailed the NOA  back in March but I haven’t  got any mail with the NOA yet, I was asking if anyone knows how long it can take and if it’s normal to take some time.. thanks

It can take 4 weeks under normal conditions.

Sorry for misunderstanding but it sounded like you already had it mailed to you by your post.

when you check your status online, it will tell you to contact them if you dont receive it in the mail at a certain date. I received my text messages last Sunday night and got the hard copy Wednesday. I was surprised.
