Police certificate from kyrgyzstan 🇰🇬

Hi , is anyone here from kyrgyzstan.I just need sample of police certificate and from where I can get kyrgyzstan PCC.I submitted police certificate at ceac on 22 February with other civil documents.After checking from travel.state.gov I found PCC which I submitted was not correct document .now I am worried that they’ll reject it .So should we call NVC and fix this or just should wait for NVC to reject it and submit right one ? And all offices are closed in kyrgyzstan.I can’t go outside bcz of curfew  .NVC still reviewing 31 January submitted documents I am assuming my documents will be reviewed till start of May ..any response will be highly appreciated

That doesn't look like a police certificate at all. It looks merely like a registration for a foreigner staying in the country. They will most likely reject it.

So now what should we do ?? Should we call NVC and fix or should we wait for them to reject it and upload the right one ..i know it will delay

Have you researched if there's any way to obtain the Kyrgyzstan police cert outside of the country? I believe unless you can tell them it is impossible to obtain, they will ask for it.

Yes it’s possible to get pcc from kyrgyzstan bcz I am living here , Question is should I wait for NVC after they review and reject wrong police certificate and then I’ll  upload and submit the right one ?

I would get it now and then reupload it if you can do that.

Document Name: Spravka o nalichii sudimosti (in Russian: Справка о наличии судимости).

Issuing Authority: Main Department of Information Technologies, Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Special Seal(s) / Color / Format: Round Dark Blue Seal/Half-sheet paper format.

Issuing Authority Personnel Title: Attested by Head of the Department.

Registration Criteria: Kyrgyz citizens and foreigners who had lived in the Kyrgyz Republic previously may file a written request to obtain a police certificate.

Procedure for Obtaining: Applicant should file a written request and pay the fees. A police certificate is ready within 1 day.

Certified Copies Available: Certified copies are available.

Alternate Documents: There are no alternate documents.

Exceptions: None.

Comments: None.

 

Court/Prison Records

Available

Fees: Free of charge.

Document Name: Kopiia reshenia suda (In Russian: Копия решения суда).

Issuing Authority: District Court archive.

Special Seal(s) / Color / Format: Round Dark Blue Seal.

Issuing Authority Personnel Title: Court Chancery.

Registration Criteria: This is not applicable.

Procedure for Obtaining: The applicant needs to file a written request to the District Court that made the judgment.

Certified Copies Available: Yes, there are certified copies.

Alternate Documents: There are no alternate documents.

Exceptions:  None.

Comments: None.

It’s  almost 2 months to us and we are getting close for our turn to review .if we upload new document now they will sent us back to the Que again may be after another months we may have another error ..so it’s good to just wait so we can see what documents they accepted and what rejected and after we’ll go ahead and submit all right ones with corrections ?

Ohh I see the problem. I've never dealt with the NVC so I wasn't aware.

 

In that case, maybe wait it out but get a copy of the actual police cert in the meantime, then you can go back and upload if they need it later?

Yes , I agree ! that’s what I was thinking too .i am thinking to get pcc from now so that i’ll have with me if I needed!! Though thanks a lot for your time  🙏
