Hi Iam US Citizen and Iam filling Form I-130 now in 2020 june  to bring my spouse wife from europe, i previously got married 2 times before her here in US, my question is for Part-5 (if i have previeslly  submitted a petition to the beneficiary or to anyone ? )

my first 2 wifes were leaving in US when i got married they had visas status before me but they adjust their status to obtain LPR green card based on my familly status so i dont know    What i should enter yes or no, I have never enter a petiition to bring anybody to US

Read the question properly

“Have you EVER previously filed a petition for this beneficiary or any other alien?”

 

You admitted you have previously filed the petitions for other aliens, so the answer is Yes. 

Spouse:

2015-06-16: I-130 Sent

2015-08-17: I-130 approved

2015-09-23: NVC received file

2015-10-05: NVC assigned Case number, Invoice ID & Beneficiary ID

2016-06-30: DS-261 completed, AOS Fee Paid, WL received

2016-07-05: Received IV invoice, IV Fee Paid

2016-07-06: DS-260 Submitted

2016-07-07: AOS and IV Package mailed

2016-07-08: NVC Scan

2016-08-08: Case Complete

2017-06-30: Interview, approved

2017-07-04: Visa in hand

2017-08-01: Entry to US

You’re required to file a petition for them to Adjust Status so the answer is yes, twice before
