NVC asked for additional documents twice at differnt times

Hello Everyone,

 

I have submitted my documents to NVC on November 2019, and they asked for additional document on Jan 27, just one divorce certificated they asked for. I submitted that same day and i was told that i have to wait for another 2 months to review that document. After 2 months they accepted the document but my file still was not completed. After calling and emailing several times, they said they will need another document, which i submitted on April 10th. Now they are saying i have to wait another 2 months. I talked to the supervisor at NVC and explained that they should have asked for both documents when they reviewed my file. But she just said nothing they can do. I have to wait for 2 months even though this is not my fault. Is there anything i can do????

when you submit documents do you label them with your case # and both names and both DOB's so they know what to do with them/ this is a safety measure as thousands of documents are coming in all at the same time and they can be mixed up

i submitted my document online by CEAC account.

Same happened to me around exactly same dates. 2 days ago approved finally but in my messages it says FE review. And want another document. This will be 2nd time to send other documents for me. But 3rd time total. I don't know why..
