Other states already have similar processes in place. I'm sure more states will be on board. A lot of these changes have just been in the last week or so  watch for it in your county.

Thanks @Ngoco. In Texas at least, they require the couple to show up in person, to be sworn in, before giving you the license. So, they may allow scheduling / filling up application online, but we have to go in person to get the license.

I'm in Minnesota and we just filled out the application and sent that to them last week and they're sending us a marriage license.
