The headline is a bit misleading as she did in fact leave her house at least once, and she did have another person living in the house.  I do agree, except for the grocery delivery lady, this one would be hard to trace.  Hopefully she will recover quickly.

Seems quite obvious, a lady delivered groceries to her. That lady was later tested positive. Lady-grocery-woman transfer.

"Separate part of her house away from her husband" - the husband could be an asymptotic carrier. Separate part of the house could mean the next room over, who knows.

There was a case in Belgium too. 91 year old, ended up dying after telling the hospital staff to not waste the ventilator on her as she's "lived a good life" and save it for someone young.

 

Thing is, as others have pointed out, there are actually plenty of ways she could have gotten infected. Between the husband, leaving the house once, the delivery person, or the groceries themselves...if I just got back from the grocery store, any package or box or bag I touch for the next couple of days I wash my hands constantly. I actually know some people who use bleach as well. I don't take it to that extreme, but I'm careful. I throw away the grocery bags then wash my hands. then, say I'm getting bread out of a bag, I make sure my hands don't touch the bread after touching the bag until they're washed. Same thing with anything else.
