Ah yes, women as breeders....

If ya can't have kids, there's no reason to stay with her, eh? I REALLY hope you find yourself a breeder who pops out 14 kids, leaves you, and sues you for child support. Get a freaking clue.

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.

The only thing your wife is good for is carrying your babies? Why would you think that? Seriously, I have no idea how you could be so cruel. She can't have babies with you, so you're just going to blow her off? Divorce her? I could understand if there was something really wrong with your reletionship, but not this. In my opinion, she's better off without a man like you, if this is your line of thinking. You are way off base!

Most? I beg to differ...

A single post that does not violate the TOS is all it takes to not say ALL.

I'm sorry if what I said violates the TOS

moderators can edit it if they think it's inappropriate, and I won't express my opinions in this manner in the future.

however I am not sorry about what I said, if he leaves the woman that gave up her life and country to marry him because they are having problems conceiving, that is hardly a mentality that speaks of family values.

Caro,

***Justin And Caro***
Happily married and enjoying our life together!

True, but use of the term "most" would indicate more than 50% (and maybe substantially more than 50%) and that is where I differ.. I do not see the word "most" as being appropriate... maybe "some" or "a few" but far from "most."

YMMV

My point was made without making any personal attacks... which also detracted from the "most" term

My original point was accomplished without this as well.... thus further deteriorating your most arguement....

This whole subject truly saddens me. All I can do is shake my head.

I hope you find what you are looking for. And, I will pray for your wife. She seems to be the casualty of this situation. I wish her the best.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

Hey man,

It is sad. She is getting a divorce because of no fault of her own. You should stay with this woman and adopt a child. First find out why you both can not have any child. If nothing is possible medically, think about adoption. Apologize to your wife and stay with her! I hope, she will forgive you.

My wife and I will be divorcing. She is probably 2 months away from the interview to get her 10 year green card. Does anyone know what will happen when she shows up without me. Our marriage was legitimate, she is unable to have children and this was a surprise to both of us. We have spent over a year and a great deal of money on infertility to no success. She deserves to stay in the US without question. Having children was my main purspose in going to Ukraine. I will probably want to go overseas again as soon as possible. I do not want to take any action that will hurt her obtaining a 10 year card, but also do not want to do anything to prejudice my being able to bring in a new lady, possibly late this year. Any feedback before I talk to an immigration attorney would be great (I have done all the paperwork myself up to now).

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Personally, I wouldn't want to stay with a man who is ready to trade me in for a 'newer model' to increase his chances of procreation.
