Hey have you received your green card yet? How long does that take to receive your green card after your first entry? My parents planning to come here on IR5 on January 2022, I'm trying to figure out how long it would take them to receive their SSN and green card, I read the whole story about SSN, sorryaboutwhat happened to you

how long it would take to receive a green card after first entry on Visa category IR5 parents of US citizen.

If you need SSN urgent after Entry with visa endorsement, you should call the SSA and book an appointment as I did and I received it a week after the appointment and my husband did not receive his SSC so far and we checked SSN on DS-260, and we received the green card after 70 days of entering the USA.

Thank you for your advise , once they get here for sure I'll make an app for SSN office , since most of the people's having issue with the process

Hey buds, i received my green after three months upon arrival, and after 3 more months got my SSN. Took way too much, but i guess its normal these days
