Help: Submit Button Not Working (F4 Category)

Hi,

I have just uploaded some documents for AOS (Joint Sponsor and Household Member). All files show "Uploaded" but the red Submit Document button is not working, even after trying severally.

Please, what can I do?

You can't submit until all the required documents are uploaded (AOS, tax transcripts/tax return, DS 260, civil documents etc.)

I am confused since the Submit Button is not active for me to use.

Oh! That's strange then. Perhaps someone else can help with this issue. And the quicker you submit, the quicker they work on your petition.

Try uploading each document again or refreshing the page. Be sure you used the right size and other followed other instructions. Best wishes and stay safe

Eventually figured it out. Problem was with the section where we needed to upload the petitioner's tax document.
