We used co-sponsor when we brought my husband to USA. Due to Coronavirus, he is no longer working. Will he be able to files for unemployment? I’m not working and I don’t want our co-sponsor to pay for it. Thank you so much guys!!!

If someone is unemployed due to covid-19, can they use a someone in the family member's income? (of course above threshold) will this cause any issues for IR-1 visa waiting for reschedule of interview?

If you are asking can you use a joint sponsor to assist because the main sponsor is unemployed, then the answer is yes
